By accessing and using InstantTools.org ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please cease use of the site immediately.
2. Descriptions & "Zero-Storage"
InstantTools provides client-side file manipulation tools. You acknowledge that all processing happens locally in your browser. We do not store, view, or backup your files. We are not responsible for data loss from closure of browser tabs or local errors.
3. User Responsibilities & Content
As the Service operates locally, you retain full ownership and responsibility for the content you process. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities or to process content that violates any laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium features are provided on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly):
- Billing: Payments are handled securely via Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment information.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your account dashboard or Stripe portal at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Refunds: Since we offer a generous free tier to test the tools, refunds are generally not provided once a premium period has started, except as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSTANTTOOLS.ORG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM DATA CORRUPTION, PRIVACY BREACHES ON THE USER'S OWN DEVICE, OR UNAVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE. "AS IS" MEANS NO GUARANTEES.
6. Modification of Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service (free or paid) at any time without prior notice.
